It is with great sadness that Daniel Shane Hinte passed away suddenly in his home on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the age of 48. Shane was born on September 12, 1971 in Covington, KY only son to the late Earl and Barbara Hinte. Shane grew up in the suburbs of Taylor Mill where he was a graduate of Scott High School class of 1989. Shane was an avid lover of music and loved to sing and play guitar. Shane was also an active member in his community church. Shane is fondly remembered by his wife Candy Hinte, his children Mackenzie, Cameron, Piper, Evelyn, Kemper Hinte, and his stepsons Alec and Ashton Williams. He is also remembered by his sisters Cindy Stenger, Connie Bradley and Kimberly Shields and his grandchildren Joshua and Elijah Hinte, Harper and Griffin Jennings, Stella Lay and preceded in death by Emmitt Lay. He is also remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews Megan Stacy, Joshua Courtney, Amanda Russell, Noah Shields and preceded in death by Nicole Courtney. A Celebration of Shane’s life will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Community Family Church located at 11875 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, KY.
