Howard, Arnold E.,65 of Dayton, KY. passed away on March 24, 2022. Howard was a driver for TANK. He is preceded by his Father; John Howard. Arnold is survived by his Wife; Jackie Howard, Mother; Barbara Smith, Sons; John, Josh, Jered, Collin, Chris, Daughters; Sarah, Rebecca, Cortney, Raven and several grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2022 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Elsmere. Service will follow at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Independence Cemetery.
