A gifted writer, she often contributed articles published in The Messenger, the Diocesan paper. Proud of her Irish heritage, Kathleen was a long-standing member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians. In retirement, Kathleen volunteered at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Pastoral Care.
