Obituary of Elizabeth Farmer

Elizabeth Farmer, 88 of Ft. Mitchell passed away on Saturday February 26th 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She is preceded in death by her parents George Niehaus Sr and Catherine Niehaus. She is also preceded by her husband of 22 years Glenn Farmer and 2 sisters Mary Ellen Trenkamp and Catherine Bunker and brother George Niehaus Jr. sister-in-law Marie Wellman and brothers-in-laws Ralph, Harold, and Carl Dill and two nephews Nicholas Bunker and Harry James Wellman. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Julie Farmer and by her brother Jack Niehaus(Shirley) She also is survived by nephews and nieces John Trenkamp(Martha), Nancy Rumsey, Gene Trenkamp(Kim), Connie Sonderman( Scott), Dan Trenkamp, Thomas Bunker, Andrew Bunker(Laura), Susan Bowman (Jim), John Niehaus (Trish), Sharon Weiss (Robbie), Steven Niehaus, Shirley Stillings (Frank) Patricia Runyan (the late Larry) and Mark, Sharon, Brian, Renee, and Carl Dill Jr. and many great nieces and nephews. Elizabeth, also had a nickname of "BooBoo" loved watching and rooting for the Cincinnati Reds and UK basketball. She could always be heard cheering for them and was a fan whether they were winning or losing. She loved to watch TV and movies on DVD with her daughter and to bowl in her younger years. One of her favorite shows in TV was The Price is Right. She didn't miss an episode until she became ill. She had a personality that everybody loved and was a favorite everywhere she went. She was always happy and had a sense of humor that people remembered. Visitation will be held on Thursday March 3, 2022 from 11:15am - 12:00pm at Blessed Sacrament Church, Ft. Mitchell. Mass will follow at 12:00pm and Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell. Charitable contributions may be made to St Elizabeth Hospice 483 South Loop Rd Edgewood, Ky 41017
