Obituary of Deborah Lynn Middleton

Deborah L. Middleton (Debbie), 61 of Ludlow, KY passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday July 23, 2022. Debbie is preceded in death by her father Wayne S. Young Jr. and her son Stephen Wayne Middleton. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Roger Middleton Sr. She lived on to be the loving mother of Pamela Walker (Donnie) of Ludlow, KY and Roger Middleton (Sumer) of Austin, Texas. Debbie is also survived by her mother, Esther L. Young. Her siblings, Brenda L. Mathena (Michael), Wayne S. Young III (Kellie), Jenifer J. Cook (Wes) and Janel E. Piersall (Tim). Debbie was the loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren; Aidan, Abigail, Melody, Katelyn, Samuel, Caidan, Alexis, Westin and Baylor. Along with many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and several cousins. Debbie was born October 16, 1960 to Esther and Wayne S. Young Jr of Covington, KY. She attended and graduated from Holmes High School in 1978. She married her high school sweetheart, Roger on July 1, 1978. Debbie worked for 30+ years in the medical field as a Nurse. Debbie loved her family, she spent the last few years caring for her grandchildren. She loved to sew, crochet, cook, scrapbooking, gardening. She enjoyed cruising with her sisters, mother and Aunt Phyllis. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home. Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 PM Interment will be in Peach Grove Cemetery. Peach Grove Cemetery is located 5793 Kentucky State Highway 154, Butler KY.
