Billy and Amy raised three amazing and successful children, William, Stephen, and Erin, who gave him great pride and joy. After years of air traffic controlling at CVG Air Traffic Control Tower, he retired and continued to pursue his passions as an Air Traffic Controller Instructor. He most recently worked at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City where he also developed strong friendships and spoke so highly of his “brothers”. He loved attending country concerts with his wife.
